Theodore Horowitz is our Associate Attorney and handles most of our firm’s litigation before Social Security’s administrative law judges.
Ted is zealous in his advocacy for the disabled and takes a determined and aggressive approach. Prior to his work with us, he represented clients in mediations at the United States Equal Opportunity Employment Commission. He also sat on the board of directors for the Loyola University Chicago Health Law Society.
Ted received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, where he studied Organizational Leadership and Supervision. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor as well as a certificate in health law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Ted is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
